The University Student Council (USC) serves as the highest student governing body of Bulacan Agricultural State College (BASC) and its extension campuses, including DRT Campus, Balagtas Technical Vocational College, and Fortunato F. Halili National Agricultural School. Headquartered at the BASC Student Center in Pinaod, San Ildefonso, Bulacan, the USC represents the unified voice of the student body across the institution.
Rooted in principles of democracy, accountability, inclusivity, and social justice, the USC is committed to defending students' rights, promoting their welfare, and ensuring active student participation in institutional policy-making. It functions through its Executive Council, Student Senate, Student Judicial Council, Constitutional Commissions, and Local Student Councils, sharing mandates to uphold academic freedom, protect student privacy, and advocate for equal opportunities.
The USC envisions a student government that is not only representative and independent but also responsive to the ever-evolving needs of the studentry—building a culture of transparency, empowerment, and integrity within BASC.
